Belarus to raise real estate tax in 2023

November 2, BPN. The government plans to raise real estate tax for apartment owners by about 10 percent in 2023, Andrej Kavaleŭski, head of the tax department at the Ministry of Taxes and Levies, has told journalists.

He noted that authorities plan to expand the list of persons eligible for road tax benefits. He said that large families as well as “participants in hostilities in foreign countries” might qualify for exemptions, but would not elaborate.
