Belarus tells Google to explain BelRos TV ban
November 10, BPN. The Belarusian information ministry has demanded that Google explain the blocking of BelRos, a channel of the Belarus-Russia union.
It’s unfair competition and double standards when IT corporations make these unfriendly steps, it said on Telegram.
BelRos was permanently deleted from the platform in April 2022 after two warnings from Google, relating to fake news.
Its television version continues to broadcast.
