Rubel down against euro, yuan at BCSE

February 2, BPN. The Belarusian currency has depreciated against the euro to 2.916 at the February 2 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

It also dropped against the Chinese yuan to 3.973 per 10 yuan, but climbed against the US dollar to 2.6752 and against the Russian currency to 3.8174 per 100 rubles. 

Last week (January 23-27), the rubel fell 0.38 percent against the dollar, 0.68 percent against the euro, and 0.91 percent against the yuan. At the same time, it rose 0.48 percent against the Russian ruble.  

The Belarusian currency strengthened by 3.27 percent against the dollar in January.
