Rubel down against dollar, yuan, ruble at BCSE

February 7, BPN. The Belarusian currency has depreciated against the US dollar to 2.7157 at the February 7 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

It also dropped against the Chinese yuan to 3.9961 per 10 yuan and against the Russian currency to 3.8316 per 100 rubles, but climbed against the euro to 2.92.

Last week (January 30 – February 3), the rubel fell 1.75 percent against the dollar, 1.99 percent against the euro, and 2.06 percent against the yuan. It climbed 0.17 percent against the Russian ruble.  

The Belarusian currency strengthened by 3.27 percent against the dollar in January following a 7.39 percent plunge against the greenback in 2022.
