Ukraine scraps double tax agreement with Belarus – tax ministry

February 21, BPN. Ukraine has withdrawn from the intergovernmental agreement with Belarus that prevents double taxation and tax evasion, the Belarusian Ministry of Taxes and Levies said.

Belarus is forced to consider the agreement as terminated, it added, noting that its provisions will not apply to income and profits received on and after January 1, 2023.
