Rubel rises against dollar and yuan at BCSE

May 16, Pozirk. The rubel has risen to 3.2163 per US dollar and 4.4197 per 10 yuan at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.

However, it dropped to 3.4912 per euro and 3.5024 per 100 Russian rubles in today’s trading.

Last week (May 6–10), the rubel fell 0.2 percent against the dollar and 0.67 percent against the euro, remaining stable against the yuan and rising 0.03 percent against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency lost 2.41 percent of its value against the dollar in the first four months of 2024.
