However, it slipped to 3.5403 per euro and 4.5269 per 10 yuan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the outgoing week (September 9\u201313), the rubel lost 0.38 percent against the dollar, 0.24 percent against the euro and 0.4 percent against the yuan.
