September 16, Pozirk<\/em>.<\/strong> The Belarusian community in Wroc\u0142aw is offering assistance to those affected by floods in Poland’s Lower Silesia, its Telegram channel said, reiterating the warning to avoid flooded roads, stock up on food and drinking water and contact local emergency services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flood warning remains in force for September 17 and 18 in Wroc\u0142aw after Storm Boris hit central and eastern Europe this weekend. At least three people died, and more than 2,500 were evacuated from their homes in southwestern Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday evening, the Belarusian opposition transition cabinet launched @nau_by_bot chat for Belarusians affected by floods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cabinet’s deputy head Pavie\u0142 \u0141atu\u0161ka called on Belarusians to display solidarity and help each other without relying on the assistance from Belarusian embassies and consulates operated by Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka\u2019s officials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
