The couple was released after spending 72 hours in detention and handed summons to appear in court on November 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viasna does not know what charges they face. The law enforcers seized the smartphone from the woman after discovering that she was subscribed to <em>Radyjo Svaboda<\/em>, the Belarusian service of <em>Radio Free Europe\/Radio Liberty<\/em> labeled an extremist group in Belarus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valeryj Karbalievi\u010d is currently based abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viasna reported dozens of trials across the region of people accused of possessing information products promoting extremism.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>November 5,\u00a0Pozirk.
