{"id":107560,"date":"2024-10-02T18:51:27","date_gmt":"2024-10-02T15:51:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/107560\/"},"modified":"2026-02-24T20:40:57","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T20:40:57","slug":"investigators-open-special-case-against-exiled-businessman","status":"publish","type":"articles","link":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/107560\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigators open special case against exiled businessman"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>October 2, <em>Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> A special procedure case has been opened against businessman Siarhiej Rudenka, the Belarusian Investigative Committee (SK) reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The special procedure allows the government to prosecute its exiled opponents for serious crimes, including terrorism, mercenarism and high treason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yesterday, Rudenka was accused of fraud and summoned to the SK&#8217;s Minsk department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In May 2023, the SK reported that it was investigating Rudenka, owner of the Studia Granita RG, over allegations that he deceived hundreds of Belarusians. Rudenka&#8217;s company produced monuments and tombstones. In addition to monuments, Rudenka could earn money by issuing microloans.
