The previous high of 30 entries was reported on September 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lithuania has prevented 150 attempts by migrants from Africa and Asia to cross the border from Belarus illegally since the beginning of October. Latvia has foiled 454 and Poland 1,187.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The migration crisis at the Belarusian-EU border started in spring 2021 after Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka, angered by EU sanctions, had indicated that Minsk would not prevent migrants from Africa and Asia from using Belarus as a route to the EU.
