November 22, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka has amended the 2019 edict “On Remuneration of Public Sector Employees,” his press office reported yesterday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The amendments allow the heads of public sector organizations, in agreement with the trade union, to approve non-standard staffing levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The document also allows for the possibility of setting individual bonuses for public sector employees performing additional work duties after job cuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It notes that it was adopted to increase the wages of public sector employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will come into force on January 1, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 31, the House of Representatives passed the first reading of the national budget for 2025. It projected revenues of 45.84 billion rubels (a year on year increase of 8.1 percent) and expenditures, including public sector wages, of 50.3 billion rubels (up 12 percent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
