We are grateful to the Polish authorities for their consistent support in fighting for democratic values \u200b\u200band defending the rights of Belarusians, men and women,&#8221; Cichano\u016dskaja&#8217;s counsel Leanid Maroza\u016d said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Office of \u015aviat\u0142ana Cichano\u016dskaja provided Pleska\u010do\u016d with the necessary support and assistance. The extradition was stopped &#8220;thanks to the coordinated work of the pro-democracy forces and a Polish lawyer.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The office was notified of the case by Volha Zazulinskaja, member of the United Transitional Cabinet, and the Dissidentby human rights organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pleska\u010do\u016d is an activist from \u010cavusy, Mahilo\u016d region. Belarus charged him with five crimes, according to the Polish prosecutors.
