December 5, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> The Committee for State Security (KGB) has added 11 people to the list of persons “involved in terrorist activity.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their charges ranged from inciting hatred and forming a criminal group to illegal handling of firearms and terrorism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The KGB’s Telegram channel named them as Andrej Zuje\u016d, Viktar Ka\u0142\u0142aur, U\u0142adzimir Machna\u010d, Valer Vodzin, \u0179micier Cima\u0161ko\u016d, Viktar Sa\u016d\u010dyc and Aleh Viarcinski (aka Aleh U\u0142asik).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agency also blacklisted Vilen Turhuno\u016d and Ukrainian nationals Serhij and Pavlo Kabar\u010duk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to human rights defenders, Vilen is a former police officer serving a prison sentence for online comments. Police have blacklisted him as “involved in extremist activity.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serhij and Pavlo were sentenced to 20 years in prison last month. Pro-government media called them Ukrainian Security Service saboteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Police have also branded them as extremists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “list of terrorists” includes 1,302 entries. According to Viasna, 512 of them are Belarusian nationals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prisoners on the list are prohibited from receiving money transfers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
