So, overdue debts in the sector may lead to tangible financial, economic or social problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The letter by then-Bie\u0142naftachim CEO Anrej Rybako\u016d was shared with <em>Pozirk<\/em> by the BelPol association of former security officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Citing government instructions, Rybako\u016d said the regional executive committee chairmen were to ensure the unconditional repayment of overdue debts for mineral fertilizers.
