Only heating services are subsidized so far, while the rest of the utilities are fully covered by the population, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To maintain this level, tariffs for utilities will rise, but some rates will not change, such as natural gas prices, \u201cbecause the cost of gas for Belarus has not changed,\u201d the official said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>February 17, Pozirk.
