February 20, Pozirk<\/em>.<\/strong> Industrial goods’ prices rose by 6.7 percent last year, while agricultural products followed with a 4.5-percent increase, according to Pozirk<\/em>‘s analysis of the National Statistics Committee’s (Bie\u0142stat) data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Brest region\u2019s farmers raised their prices by 6.3 percent, the Hrodna region posted a 5.3-percent price hike; the Viciebsk and Minsk regions, 3.7 percent each; the Mahilo\u016d region, 3.5 percent; and the Homiel region, 2.7 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Homiel region’s manufacturers led the price growth last year with 10.2 percent, while the region’s industrial output fell 0.7 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Minsk and Hrodna regions reported a rise of 7.1 percent and 6.5 percent in industrial prices, respectively. The Brest and Mahilo\u016d regions reported 5.7 percent each, while the Viciebsk region concluded the list with 3.1 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
