The report noted the persecution of lawyers on extremism-related charges and Minsk&#8217;s role in forced transfers and indoctrination of Ukrainian children from the Russia-held parts of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finland tops the ranking with 100 points, followed by New Zealand, Norway and Sweden with 99 points.
