One liter of diesel fuel costs about \u20ac1.6 in Lithuania and about \u20ac0.7 in Russia and Belarus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the start of the year, Belarusian and Russian truckers have been reportedly illegally siphoning fuel for its subsequent resale while transiting via Lithuania.
