March 1, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> An invitation to the International Forum of Peace and Trust for Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka was conveyed to Deputy Foreign Minister Pavie\u0142 Uciupin by Turkmen Ambassador to Belarus Nazarkuly Shakuliyev at a meeting in Minsk on February 28, the foreign office of Turkmenistan reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It reports that, among other things, the parties \u201cconsidered current aspects of interstate cooperation in the context of further joint work to strengthen bilateral cooperation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Belarusian foreign ministry does not directly mention the invitation conveyed to \u0141uka\u0161enka. It only notes that the diplomats discussed “the state of Belarusian-Turkmen relations, as well as the schedule of upcoming visits and meetings, including within the framework of international events.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ashgabat will host the International Forum of Peace and Trust on December 12. It will be dedicated to proclaiming 2025 as the International Year of Peace and Trust at Turkmenistan’s initiative and marking the 30th anniversary of the Central Asian nation\u2019s permanent neutrality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organizers have invited UN Secretary-General Ant\u00f3nio Guterres, Chinese President Xi Jinping, UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Prince Albert II of Monaco, and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
