{"id":128928,"date":"2025-03-06T23:48:37","date_gmt":"2025-03-06T20:48:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/128928\/"},"modified":"2026-02-24T20:40:57","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T20:40:57","slug":"csto-warns-european-troops-in-ukraine-to-increase-regional-security-risks","status":"publish","type":"articles","link":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/128928\/","title":{"rendered":"CSTO warns European troops in Ukraine to increase regional security risks"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>March 6, <em>Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> Natalya Kharitonova, a spokeswoman for the Russian-led Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), has said that deploying European military contingents in Ukraine would inevitably pose security risks for the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The statement comes as Europeans are forming a &#8220;coalition of the willing,&#8221; which could provide boots on the ground to keep peace in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This cannot but worry the organization&#8217;s individual member states and the organization itself,&#8221; Kharitonova said in a video statement run by the CSTO Telegram channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She warned that the organization &#8220;is ready to offer various options for assisting any country that asks for it,&#8221; according to established procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belarus is a CSTO member and also a close ally of the Kremlin.
