The parties agreed to implement the internal procedures necessary for an air safety deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On January 15, Dubina expressed interest in establishing direct flights between Minsk and Tehran through Iranian airlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 2010 to 2018, passenger air service between the capitals was carried out by Bie\u0142avija (Belavia).
