March 16, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> The Krasnasielskaje Estate in the Minsk region is one of Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka’s many residences, according to an investigation published today by the BelPol association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conclusion about the purpose of the estate is based on a document marked “For official use only.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It covers 11.6 hectares near the village of \u0160ar\u0161uny and includes five residential buildings (the main one is 730 square meters), two garages, a separate bathhouse, and a hunter’s and fisherman’s lodge, BelPol reported. There is also a tennis court, and a spa center, a roller ski track and a helipad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belarus leased this plot of land to a company linked to Russian businessman Mikhail Gutseriev. A similar company owns all the buildings there. The investigators said that Gutseriev built the residence for \u0141uka\u0161enka as “payment for his activities on the territory of Belarus.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2017, Belsat<\/em> already reported that the Krasnasielskaje Estate could be \u0141uka\u0161enka’s residence. The TV channel also established a connection between the property and Gutseriev. Locals told it that \u0141uka\u0161enka sometimes goes there on holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
