Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka later said he had &#8220;a crazy idea to build a second nuclear power plant in the east.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located in the Hrodna region, some 10 miles off the Lithuanian border, the Astraviec Nuclear Power Plant has been designed by the Russian nuclear corporation and built with a Russian loan.
