The committee said that the parents were drunk and that \u201cthe girl fell and sustained fatal injuries.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forensic experts said the girl died of a brain injury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The parents are accused of causing death by negligence.
