Human rights groups declared him a political prisoner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2023, Nie\u015bciarovi\u010d was convicted of breaking Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (circulating extremist information).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cudo\u016dnia shop was founded in 2015.
