{"id":139349,"date":"2025-05-22T14:53:16","date_gmt":"2025-05-22T11:53:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/139349\/"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:10:49","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T20:10:49","slug":"cabinet-extends-licensing-requirement-for-imports-of-osb-fiber-boards","status":"publish","type":"articles","link":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/139349\/","title":{"rendered":"Cabinet extends licensing requirement for imports of OSB, fiber boards"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>May 22, <em>Pozirk<\/em>.<\/strong> The Belarusian Council of Ministers has extended licensing requirement for imports of some timber products by its Directive No. 275, which is valid for seven months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The requirement applies to wooden furniture, OSB and fiber boards, window, balcony and doors frames, paper, cardboard, paper bags and other products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The government has authorized the trade ministry to issue one-time import licenses conditional on approval from the Bie\u0142laspapierpram, a timber and woodworking regulatory authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The directive does not apply to goods transiting the Eurasian Economic Union and certain Belarusian activities within the bloc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goods imported as foreign aid valued at no more than \u20ac200 per one shipping document are not subject to licensing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The licensing of certain wood products was introduced on September 9, 2022, and has since been extended several times.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>May 22, Pozirk.
