Currently, that means strengthening Ukraine to stop the war and prevent it from spreading, he said, emphasizing the importance of weapons production. The president noted that Ukraine can cover up to 40 percent of its arms needs through domestic production, but this requires stable funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zelensky thanked the participants for the military assistance and suggested that Europe, together with America, has better weapons than Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On February 24, 2022, Moscow launched a full-scale war against Ukraine with Minsk\u2019s support. Even though Belarusian territory and infrastructure were used for the offensive, several rounds of negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv took place in Belarus at the beginning of the war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On April 12, 2024, Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka said that Belarus does not and will not need to go to war against Ukraine. He referred to his previous statement that Russia requires a peaceful and calm Belarus. At the same time, he noted, &#8220;I do not deny that we are co-aggressors.
