June 4, Pozirk<\/em>.<\/strong> The Great Stone Belarusian-Chinese Industrial Park has 152 resident companies, with 11 registered this year and 30 in 2024, said Alaksandar Jara\u0161enka, head of the hub’s administration, has told the Belarus 1<\/em> TV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is expecting the number of resident companies to increase to 270 before 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of the 152 companies, 55 make products and provide services, 21 are building facilities and more than 50 are designing facilities, Jara\u0161enka said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to him, 61 resident companies are owned by Chinese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

China accounts for 22 of 37 R&D companies, he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In January-March 2025, the resident companies’ foreign trade rose by 43.7 percent year on year to $185.1 million, with exports at $74 million and imports at $111.1 million. The deficit amounted to $37.1 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Companies registered in the Great Stone Industrial Park (GSIP) are exempt from <\/strong>corporate income, property and land tax for the first 10 years and VAT for 20 years, as well as from customs duties on imported equipment, raw materials and components used in production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
