{"id":141346,"date":"2025-06-04T20:10:22","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T17:10:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/141346\/"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:10:49","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T20:10:49","slug":"supreme-court-promises-to-restore-access-to-schedule-of-court-hearings-in-january","status":"publish","type":"articles","link":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/141346\/","title":{"rendered":"Supreme Court promises to restore access to schedule of court hearings in January"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>June 4, <em>Pozirk<\/em>. <\/strong>The Belarusian Supreme Court has announced that its schedule of court hearings across the country will be available only to registered Belarusian users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It noted that the &#8220;E-court electronic services&#8221; are being upgraded and will be put back online in January 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Viasna Human Rights Center denounced the move as a restriction on the judiciary&#8217;s transparency \u201csince ordinary citizens or journalists will not be able to view the schedule without registration.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Supreme Court\u2019s electronic schedule of trials and the database of court rulings have been inaccessible since early April.
