June 10, Pozirk<\/em>. <\/strong>Belarus has posted the steepest rise, of 4.4 percent from January to April, in industrial prices among Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The EAEU reported a 1.1-percent drop in industrial prices in April from March\u2019s level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Russia reported decrease of 1.4 percent and Kyrgyzstan, 3.6 percent. However, Kazakhstan reported an increase of 0.8 percent; and Armenia and Belarus, 0.7 percent each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices in the EAEU\u2019s mining industry dropped by 5.1 percent; in electricity, gas and steam, by 1.4 percent; and have not changed in the manufacturing industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, water supply and waste collection rates rose by 0.4 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bloc\u2019s industrial production prices increased 1 from January 1 to April 30, the Eurasian Economic Commission reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In April, Belarus posted the second highest rise in agricultural prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
