The discussion is open until June 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The measures include exempting entities from criminal persecution for certain economic crimes \u201con special grounds,\u201d reducing authorities\u2019 meddling in business activities and shifting the focus from punishment to prevention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amendments would prohibit audits of companies subscribed to a financial and tax monitoring program and repeated audits focusing on the same aspects of business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Companies would also be given an opportunity to sign agreements with tax and audit agencies to fix irregularities that require significant financial, labor and time costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The law enforcement agencies would be given greater flexibility in deciding whether to detain or place suspects under house arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The directive also calls for expanding the document interchange system, giving businesses access to more government procurement orders, removing trade barriers between regions and establishing a legal framework for family businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More like this: <a href=\"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/ru\/news\/132008\/\">\u0141uka\u0161enka rejects proposal for less frequent tax audits of bona fide businesses<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>June 12, Pozirk.
