June 13, Pozirk.<\/em> <\/strong>The Belarusian foreign ministry has released a statement, saying Minsk was \u201cdeeply concerned about the new round of military escalation between Israel and Iran and reports of the deaths of civilians, including children.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The violent scenario of the conflict poses a serious threat to regional stability and security, carries the risk of a humanitarian catastrophe and may have unpredictable global consequences,\u201d it notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minsk called on “all parties involved to exercise restraint, responsibility and avoid actions that could have a negative impact on the political and diplomatic efforts of the international community aimed at a comprehensive settlement of the situation in the Middle East.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last night, Israel launched an attack on Iranian nuclear facilities targeting military sites, air bases, air defense systems and command posts as well as military commanders and scientists involved in Iran\u2019s nuclear program. Iran launched military drones in response but all of them have been reportedly intercepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
