He made this statement two days ago in an interview aired by a state-run TV channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rus\u0142an Linnik, a social media influencer, was released five days ago after serving a four-year prison term given on charges widely seen as politically motivated, the <em>SOTA <\/em>Telegram channel said. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On June 21, Minsk pardoned prominent opposition figure Siarhiej Cichano\u016dski and 13 others following a meeting of a high-ranking US diplomat with Alaksandsar \u0141uka\u0161enka in Minsk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The group included former&nbsp;<em>Radio Free Europe\/Radio Liberty<\/em>&nbsp;journalist Ihar Karniej, prominent linguist Natalla Dulina, anarchist activist Akichira Haje\u016dski-Chanada, dual Belarusian-Swedish citizen Halina Kra\u015bnianskaja and businessman Siarhiej \u0160elieh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The others are opposition activist Kiry\u0142 Ba\u0142achona\u016d, Estonian Allan Roio, Latvians Jurijs Ga\u0146ins and Dmitrijs Mihailovs and Poles Jerzy \u017bywolewski and Hubert Mr\u00f3z.
