June 24, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has passed a resolution on Ukraine containing a clause on Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka\u2019s responsibility for displacing children from Russian-occupied territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pavie\u0142 \u0141atu\u0161ka, head of the Belarusian opposition National Anti-Crisis Management (NAM), said the clause was added at his initiative \u201cbased on evidence gathered by the NAM.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0141atu\u0161ka quoted the resolution as saying that at least 3,500 Ukrainian children from Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine had been forcibly displaced via or to Belarus by August 14, 2024; they were subjected to Russian indoctrination and\u00a0the transfer was carried out on direct orders from Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a statement on the PACE session, the Ukrainian foreign ministry said it highly appreciated the clear language of the conclusion that the actions of Russia, Belarus and North Korea constituted an act of aggression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also credited PACE with documenting \u201cthe individual responsibility of these states\u2019 political and military leadership.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
