July 1, Pozirk<\/em>. <\/strong>Russia\u2019s Florans LLC linked to pro-Russian Ukrainian businessman Viktor Medvedchuk has delivered at least 674 railcars of various cargoes from occupied Ukraine to Belarus via Russia since 2024, the Belarusian Investigative Center (BIC) said<\/a> in its recent report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kyiv accuses Medvedchuk of high treason and violating the laws of war. He was arrested three years ago before being handed over to Russia as part of a large-scale prisoner swap. Putin is the godfather of Medvedchuk\u2019s daughter Daria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The BIC report, based on documents obtained by the Belarusian Community of Railway Workers, said goods originated from the Russian-held Ukrainian territories in the Donbas, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipments included metal and mineral raw materials as well as anthracite, a high-carbon coal, delivered to the Skidziel sugar refinery in the Hrodna region in late 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belarusian companies reportedly received 30 freight cars of similar goods via Florans in the first quarter of 2025, with at least 14 cars of steel products shipped to Mietalurhi\u010dnaja Kampanija Prambudmietal, a Minsk-based company trading in rolled metal products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Industrial companies based in Homiel and the Mahilo\u016d region’s Asipovi\u010dy, Belarusian heavy-duty truck maker Bie\u0142AZ and the Minsk-based construction materials producer Kieramin are among other major consignees, the BIC said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
