Similar incidents occur at the border daily, the Viasna Human Rights Center warned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aleh Chamienka, frontman of the Pa\u0142ac folk rock band, was charged with cooperating with an independent media outlet deemed extremist by the authorities, the Belarusian Association of journalists reported.
