One hundred rubles traded at&nbsp;3.289 rubels and the euro traded at&nbsp;3.5052.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last week (August 7 \u2013 11), the rubel fell 2.8 percent against the greenback, 2.5 percent against the euro, and 2.33 percent against the yuan.
