The protocol signed today in Minsk amends the March 2013 intergovernmental agreement on visa exemptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the protocol applies to drivers and crew members of freight vehicles, buses, civil aviation aircraft and sea vessels engaged in the international transportation of goods and passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both parties have yet to ratify it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the agreement currently in force, Belarusian and Turkish nationals can stay in each other&#8217;s countries without visas for 30 days.
