The man faces charges of terrorism as well as smuggling and illegal handling of explosives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeramieje\u016d, a former instrument technician at the Naftan oil refinery in Belarus, was arrested in Russia\u2019s Omsk province in late 2023.
