The deficit narrowed to $778.3 million fromt $856 million in January-April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trade in goods decreased by 0.5 percent year on year to $32.9 billion with exports down 3.1 percent to $15.3 billion. Imports rose by 2 percent to $17.6 billion. The deficit of trade in goods widened by 60 percent to $2.3 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trade in services rose by 14.5 percent to $9.9 billion, with exports growing by 15.7 percent to $4.2 billion and imports rising by 12.7 percent to $2.7 billion.
