The city budget received 3.5 billion rubels from small and medium-sized businesses in the first half of the year, Hanna Sacharava told a news conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking at the same event, an economy ministry official pointed out that the capital was an &#8220;absolute and undisputed&#8221; leader in the development of SMEs last year. &#8220;Over 40 percent of the country&#8217;s small and medium organizations and almost 30 percent of sole proprietors are registered in Minsk,&#8221; Iryna Baba\u010donak said.
