August 5, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> Authorities evacuated residents from private homes near a metalware factory in Re\u010dyca at about midnight on August 3 following a drone crash, the Flagshtok <\/em>news website has reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe drone was either hanging on the wires or tangled up somewhere. It didn’t detonate. The street was cordoned off, and the residents were taken outside the barrier. Then, sappers arrived and took it away. Officers took written pledges of silence from the people,\u201d an eyewitness said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That same night, a sound characteristic of attack UAVs was heard near the village of Hraba\u016dka in the Homiel region. According to the Ukrainian monitoring channel eRadar, Russian UAVs took an unusual trajectory that night: they were detected taking off from Belarusian airspace in the direction of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At least 96 drone incursions in Belarus’ Homiel and Brest regions were recorded in July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the morning of July 29, Zerkalo <\/em>reported that at about 2 a.m., a drone had crashed into a high-rise building in Minsk\u2019s Frunzienski district, landed on a parked car and exploded. The defense ministry acknowledged the incident about an hour after it was reported in the media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
