It also banned devices over 35 kg from the sidewalks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides, the edict required cyclists and scooter riders to \u201cdismount when crossing the roadway.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe number of road accidents involving cyclists and scooter riders has increased over the past few years.
