The first one, of 10 percent, occurred on February 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAccording to preliminary estimates, the average old-age pension in September will amount to 980 rubels. The annual increase (September 2025 to September 2024) will be 167 rubels or 20.5 percent,\u201d the ministry reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It said each pensioner will have an individual increase in their pension depending on earnings, the length of service and \u201cestablished additional payments.\u201d Pension payments in September will total about 2.2 billion rubels, including the 107 million rubels allocated for the rise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, more than 2.3 million pensioners receive these payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the government has increased the base rate used to calculate the salaries of public sector employees to 273 rubels on September 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the beginning of the year, the rate increased from 253 to 270 rubels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the labor ministry, the base rate increase will benefit more than 800,000 people.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>August 14, Pozirk.
