In the first half of the year, 40 percent of Belarus\u2019 population had a per capita disposable household income of less than 1,000 rubels ($335), according to <em>Pozirk\u2019s<\/em> analysis of data from the National Statistics Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The share was highest in the eastern Mahilo\u016d region, where nearly half of residents (49.9 percent) earned below that threshold.
