He said people should grow professionally not only by doing their job, but also by attending state events and joining public associations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ministry&#8217;s head for human resources, Volha Kalupanava, urged chief physicians and executives&nbsp;to hold &#8220;special&nbsp;events&#8221; with students and staff members that go beyond training and appraisals. The events could include &#8220;tidying up monuments, memorials, public squares and parks,&#8221; she suggested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Health workers in Belarus were among the most active professional groups during protests against the 2020 election fraud. Many doctors were persecuted&nbsp;and fled the country.
