{"id":1536,"date":"2023-08-08T11:55:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-08T08:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/api.pozirk.online\/?post_type=articles&#038;p=1536"},"modified":"2026-02-24T20:40:57","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T20:40:57","slug":"authorities-outline-procedures-for-reporting-foreign-residence-permits","status":"publish","type":"articles","link":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/1536\/","title":{"rendered":"Authorities outline procedures for reporting foreign residence permits"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>August 8,&nbsp;<em>BPN<\/em>.<\/strong>&nbsp;The Belarusian government has&nbsp;issued a directive to define procedures for collecting data on documents issued to Belarusians by foreign states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belarusians can voluntarily inform authorities about their foreign residence permits and other ID documents either online or by filing a personal application to the interior ministry or appropriate Belarusian embassy abroad, according to joint directive No 140\/10 by the interior and foreign ministries published on the National Legal Internet Portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those failing to notify the authorities of foreign residence permits or foreign citizenship may punished in the future, Alaksiej Biahun, the interior ministry\u2019s migration official, said on July 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The government enacted amendments to the citizenship law on July 11.
