In 2015, he was forced to resign from a Polish second-league soccer team after working with it for a few months. In 2022, he managed Rwanda&#8217;s national soccer team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00f3s replaced Hieorhij Kandra\u0107je\u016d sacked in June. The Belarusian Football Federation did not comment on the reasons for his dismissal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kandra\u0107je\u016d led the national team twice: from 2011 to 2014 and from 2021 to 2023. His second tenure was marked by a streak of 16 defeats in official tournaments.
