The detainee, Grzegorz Gawe\u0142, a Carmelite monk, was apprehended in Lepiel, Viciebsk region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the KGB, Havel allegedly gathered classified information about counterintelligence command structures and officers, military facilities and the upcoming Zapad-2025 exercise on behalf of Poland\u2019s Internal Security Agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, human rights defenders have identified 1,185 political prisoners in Belarus as of September 5.
